We know how exciting it is to hit that "Add to Cart" button, and we're sorry that it's causing some trouble during your shopping experience.
Most of the time, clearing your browser's cache and cookies will help. Below, we have included some steps to help you do this if you aren't familiar with this process.
In the top right hand corner of your browser, you should see three dots. Expand this menu, and then click on "Settings."
This will open a new tab so that you can explore your browser settings. Different web browsers will have options in different places, so you'll want to locate the Privacy settings.
You will then want to find the option to Clear Browsing Data. Most browsers will provide you with the option to choose what to clear, or allow you to clear everything. The main items you will want to clear are cached files and images, and cookies.
Once you have cleared these items, completely close all tabs in your browser, and then re-open it. Many times, this helps to clear up the issue you are experiencing. If the problem still persists, one of our Consumer Engagement representatives will be more than happy to help you out!
