What are the Expected Transit Times?

KidKraft works hard to have your item packed and ready to ship as soon as possible. 

KidKraft Indoor Items

Most of our items are small enough to be shipped via FedEx and will usually arrive within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

KidKraft Playsets

Larger items such as playsets and select playhouses will have to be shipped via freight carrier. This usually takes 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

The item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal will then call to schedule a delivery appointment. The item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.

If your package does not arrive by the end of the 10th business day, please let us know and we will promptly track it for you.
