What Do I Do if the Part I Need is Discontinued?

Unfortunately, with a lot of our older products, we are sometimes unable to provide a replacement part. 

Your batch code identifies the specific product version and allows us to trace, identify and manage our products. KidKraft continually enhances and updates our products, changing the design configuration and part sizes.

We don't send parts that are from other versions because we cannot guarantee that replacement parts will fit, which compromises the quality and safety of the product.

In the past, customers have found used KidKraft products and/or parts at a discount price on Craigslist or eBay.
