Great care is taken when preparing our products for shipment and if your order was damaged during transit, we are sorry to hear it. Due to the size and weight of some of our products, shipping damage can sometimes occur. We are happy to provide replacements for any damaged or missing parts within 90 days from the date of purchase.
The most efficient way to proceed is to accept the shipment, even if damaged. Once the item has been delivered, we recommend opening all boxes and conducting a full inventory of all parts and hardware to identify what was damaged.
