When filling in the boxes, type "purchase" in the reason code.
It is also important that you provide photos for any damaged pieces. If you do not provide photos, you will receive an email requesting them. If you have thrown the pieces out, provide a full view photo of the playset indicating where the piece was damaged.
We don't recommend modifications in any form, we are only able to provide replacement parts for missing or damaged pieces.
