KidKraft continuously enhances and updates our products which can result in changes to the design and part sizes. Your product's batch code identifies the specific product and version while allowing us to trace, identify, and manage our products.
As products change over time, we are not always able to guarantee that all replacement parts will be in stock for your particular item version. We also do not send parts that are not a match for your item as this could compromise the quality or safety of the product.
