How do I find an instructional manual for my item?

To find your instruction manual, click onto the following link and type in the name or SKU / Version of the product you are looking for.

Alternatively, you can enter your product in our search bar on our main site and it will bring up a picture of your toy. Click on the picture and scroll towards the bottom of the web page to the “assembly instruction” section. Find your product letter version and click on the link. This will automatically bring you to your instructional manual.

For an indoor item: How do I find the correct version of my toy?

To find your version, refer to the middle number of the batch code. The batch code is a long series of numbers (which may include a letter) separated by slashes and is located on the back or bottom of the item. For your reference, the batch code for your item is in the following format: XXXXXX/76040E/XX-XXXX.
